Service Description
A **$225 annual registration and book fee** is required to reserve your child’s spot for the upcoming school year. This fee helps cover curriculum materials, classroom supplies, and enrollment processing. For families using **Utah Fits All funding**, this amount will be **credited back to your Enrollment & Registration account once scholarship funds are received**, applying toward your tuition balance. To secure your child’s place for the 2026–2027 school year, all students must complete registration and submit the $225 registration and book fee, regardless of which program they will be attending. This fee is applied toward fall tuition and classroom books/supplies as needed. For families using Utah Fits All funding, the amount will be credited back to your account once scholarship funds are received. To ensure we can plan staffing and classroom space for the upcoming year, registration and the registration fee must be completed by April 15. If the registration fee is not received by this date, we will assume your child will not be attending for the 2026–2027 school year so that we may offer the spot to another family. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Attendance Policy At Wonder Academy & Art Box Studio, camps and classes require advance planning, staffing, and material preparation. Because spaces are limited, the following policy applies to all registrations: Missed Classes & Camps We do not offer refunds or make-up days for missed classes or camps due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or no-shows. Credits (Case-by-Case Basis) In certain situations, a credit may be issued at the discretion of Wonder Academy & Art Box Studio. Approved credits: May be applied toward a future class or camp with available space Must be used for a program of equal or lesser value Are non-transferable and have no cash value Cancellations by Wonder Academy & Art Box Studio If a class or camp is canceled by us, families will receive the option of a full refund or account credit. Why This Policy Exists Our programs operate with small group sizes and prepared materials reserved specifically for each child. This policy allows us to maintain consistent staffing and provide high-quality experiences for all participants. Completion of registration and payment confirms agreement with all program policies.
