Wonder Academy – Tuition & Fee Disclosure

For Utah Fits All (UFA) Scholarship Program

Academic Year: 2026–2027

1. Tuition Rates

Wonder Academy offers both full-time and part-time enrollment options.

Full-Time Program (Core Academic Program)

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Tuition: $7500 per year, $625 per month

  • Billing Cycle: July through June (12 months)

Includes:

  • Core academic instruction (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies)

  • Weekly nature-based learning experiences

  • Project-based and STEAM learning

  • One (1) specialty art class per quarter

  • Access to summer camp programming (no additional tuition required)

Part-Time Program (Half-Day Option)

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Tuition: $495 per month

  • Billing Cycle: July through June (12 months)

Includes:

  • Core academic instruction (ELA and Math focus)

  • Participation in classroom learning and projects

Does Not Include:

  • Summer camps

  • Specialty art classes

2. Registration & Annual Fees

Registration / Supply Fee:

  • $225 per student (annual, non-refundable)

Purpose:

  • Curriculum materials

  • Classroom supplies

  • Student resources and books

Note:
This fee is required to secure enrollment and is typically applied prior to the start of the school year.

3. Extended Care (Optional)

Aftercare / Extended Day Program

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Cost: $325 per month

Includes:

  • Supervised care

  • Enrichment activities (art, STEAM, creative play)

  • Homework support (as applicable)

  • School pickup options for enrolled students

4. Additional Optional Costs

The following may be offered but are not required for participation in the core academic program:

  • Optional field trips (minimal or occasional fees may apply)

  • Special workshops or events (e.g., Kids Night Out, themed art events)

  • Additional art classes beyond included quarterly offering

  • Ceramics or studio-based experiences

Participation in these activities is optional and priced individually.

5. Payment Policies

  • Tuition is billed monthly and due in advance

  • Tuition is based on annual enrollment and is not prorated for absences

  • No refunds are provided for missed days or student absences

  • Continued enrollment is contingent upon maintaining a current account balance

6. Statement of Financial Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for all tuition and fees not covered by scholarship funding. Wonder Academy is committed to transparent pricing and does not require additional mandatory fees beyond those listed above.

7. Refund Policy

Wonder Academy maintains the following refund policy in compliance with Utah Fits All (UFA) scholarship requirements:

Tuition Refunds (Withdrawal or Disenrollment)

If a student withdraws or is withdrawn from Wonder Academy during the school year:

  • Tuition will be prorated based on the student’s last date of attendance

  • Any unused, prepaid tuition will be refunded to the appropriate funding source (including UFA, if applicable)

  • Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe following official notice of withdrawal

Important:

  • Parents/guardians are required to provide written notice of withdrawal

  • The effective withdrawal date will be the student’s last day in attendance unless otherwise specified in writing

Registration / Supply Fee

  • The $225 registration and supply fee is non-refundable

  • This fee covers materials, curriculum, and administrative costs already incurred prior to student attendance

Extended Care (Optional Program)

  • Extended care fees will be prorated based on the student’s last day of participation

  • Any unused prepaid extended care fees will be refunded accordingly

Optional Programs & Events

  • Fees for optional programs (including workshops, events, or specialty classes) are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by Wonder Academy

  • In some cases, a credit may be issued at the discretion of the program director

School Closure or Program Changes

In the event that Wonder Academy must close or discontinue services:

  • Families will receive a prorated refund for any unused tuition

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment source, including scholarship programs when applicable

Wonder Academy adheres to all applicable policies required by the Utah Fits All (UFA) scholarship program regarding tuition transparency and refund procedures.
